1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the TrackCalori app and website and your subscription to its features, provided by Lucas Larange, sole proprietor (micro-entreprise), France ("we", "us"). If you downloaded TrackCalori from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

2. The service

TrackCalori helps you track your nutrition: calorie and macro targets, meal logging (search, barcode and photo), weight tracking, an AI coach and AI-generated workouts. All values are estimates for general wellness purposes. TrackCalori is not a medical device and does not provide medical or dietary advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before any significant change to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or are under 18.

3. Your account

You need an account (email and password, or Google / Apple sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and prices

• TrackCalori Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you confirm.
• The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.

5. Payment

On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. On the web, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never have access to your card details.

6. Canceling and refunds

On iPhone, manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). On the web, cancel from the app (Premium tab → "Manage / cancel my subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; except where the law requires otherwise, periods already started are not refunded.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, resell it or use it for anything illegal. The AI coach is meant for nutrition, fitness and well-being questions.

8. Liability

TrackCalori is a support tool, not a health service. We are not responsible for the food or exercise choices you make. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live. In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution.
